Purchasing:
Placing animals on Hold:
To place an animal on hold please contact us and inform us of the animal you wish to purchase. We will place the animal on hold for 7 days. If after 7 days you have not made a purchase the animal will go back up for sale.
Payment Methods:
Our primary payment option is Paypal, which accepts all major credit cards. If for some reason this presents a problem please contact us for other available options.
Shipping Information:
Shipping & Delivery
We are certified through FedEx to ship live harmless reptiles. This is our primary means of shipping animals although we may also use UPS in some circumstances. All orders that contain live animals must be shipped using an overnight method. Orders containing live animals are only shipped after confirming a ship date with the customer. After your order is placed we will contact you via email within 24 hours to arrange a day to ship. We can ship orders containing animals Monday – Wednesday “Possibly Thursday in some circumstances”.We will only ship live animals when temperatures are
between 30°F – 90°F degrees. If temperatures are not acceptable for shipping we will hold the animal for no additional charge until weather and your schedule permits.
Flat rate shipping only applies to the lower 48 states. If you live outside this area please contact us for shipping quotes.
Live Arrival Guarantee & Other Shipping Info
We offer a live arrival guarantee on all animals we ship unless otherwise noted. This guarantee is only valid if someone is available to receive the package. In the event an animal dies during shipment we must be notified within 24 hours via email with some form of visual conformation attached. Upon receiving conformation we will issue a full refund minus shipping.
